Furnished Apartments Complex
At the area of Pythagorion at Samos island, we created a high-quality
apartment complex with great panoramic view to the sea.
The overall plot of 4 acres, includes, the three-storey Main Building, a
main swimming pool, a swimming pool for kids, a pool bar and a very
well-organized landscaping. The landscaping consists of beautiful
Mediterranean pine trees, olive trees, banana trees, palm trees and a
range of bushes and oleanders all around the site.
All of the apartments are bright with marble floors, and have a balcony
or a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea.
In the wider area of Pythagorion where the anthemoessa villas is located,
there are also other tourist accommodations such as the 5-star Proteas
Blu Resort hotel.

The Anthemoessa Villas plot consists of:
• The Main Building. The current layout includes 17 apartments, a
Reception area and a storage room which can be converted into an
apartment too.
• The main swimming pool and the kids swimming pool. At the
surrounding area of the pools, the landscaping has been modified
in order to provide an area for sun beds and an outdoor seating
area. Part of the seating area is shaded by a pergola which could
indicate the area for the breakfast meals.
• A separate one storey building, that is located at the swimming
pool area, includes the pool bar, a laundry room and 1 WC for the
pool area.
• A utility room adjacent to the pool, at a basement level, from the
sea side, includes the engine room of the pool and a storage room.
